

BREATH & ALIGNMENT/ INTERNAL FORM : These classes look closely at the detail of alignment and its relation to breath, bandas and dristi - tools used to focus attention on the body naturally. Ashtanga BREATH & ALIGNMENT is a beginner level class, and Ashtanga INTERNAL FORM is intermediate.
FLOW WITH GRACE : Freedom. Source the power of action with breath. Move from the subtle body and tap into a greater current of grace. All Levels.
FOUNDATIONS : Dynamic strength is possible when the body and mind understand stillness. Stillness is never static, rigid of breathless, but arises from knowing the subtle spaciousness within our own skin. Befriend the bones and fasciae highways to allow larger muscle groups to swim through space.
GENTLE YOGA : Rejuvenate. Realign, refresh and restore your natural state of grace. This is a safe environment for practitioners with injuries and those who want to breathe and relax. No experience necessary.
LEVEL I : Fundamentals. Beginning level class for those new to Yoga. Learn elements of optimal alignment, yogic breathing and awareness of movement in basic postures. $6
LEVEL II : Expanding. Build on alignment and understanding of movement learned in LEVEL I, YOGA HOUR, and FLOW WITH GRACE. Explore the edge of inversions, backbends, and arm balances.
RISE & SHINE : Awaken your spine, enliven your mind. Movement and Breath. $6
SLOW JAMS : Groove right into the weekend with a sultry playlist, smooth vinyasa to warm up and quiet restorative to simmer down.
TANTRA YOGA : HARMONIZE : A relaxing yet invigorating asana practice which based on the science of prana (vital energy), optimizes the self (physical, energetic, emotional, etc.). Integrated Pranayama or breathing practices give a complete health maintenance system. End with a guided Shavasana or meditation which integrates your mind/body and experience the blissful state of your true self. STABILIZE : Standing postures align, coordinate, strengthen and maintain the framework of the body (bones, tendons, ligaments and muscles). Then flow through a shorter version of Tantra Yoga Harmonize described above.
YIN YOGA : Direct stimulation beyond superficial muscles and target connective tissues for increased range of motion and flexibility. Hold poses 3-5 minutes to balance the dynamic and muscular (yang), styles of yoga and other forms of exercise. All Levels. $6
YOGA FOR BACK CARE : This class is designed for those with scoliosis, however, anyone who wishes to create space where there would otherwise be compression, and strengthen supporting structures so that overworked areas can be released and relax, is encouraged to attend.
